Good quality, slow shipping

I ordered a Magna-Tiles Metropolis Set for my niece's birthday. The product itself is really well made, just what I expected from this brand. The price was competitive, and the checkout process was straightforward enough. However, the shipping took about 8 days to get to me in Oregon. I know they're coming from Canada, but I've had faster cross-border shipping before. Customer service was polite when I inquired, but they couldn't speed it up. Overall, satisfied with the item, just wish delivery was a bit quicker.

Mixed feelings on recent order

I recently bought a Bluey Family Home playset and some Magnetic Tiles. The ordering process was simple, and their site is pretty user-friendly. I got a confirmation email right away. The Bluey playset arrived perfectly, excellent condition, and my kid loves it. The Magnetic Tiles, however, were missing a few pieces when we opened them. I contacted customer service, and they were responsive, but it took a few emails back and forth to sort out a replacement. The replacement came quickly once they processed it, which was good. So, the product quality is high, but the QC for the Magnetic Tiles could be better and dealing with the missing pieces was a bit of a hassle.

Always a reliable choice

This was my fifth or sixth order from Mastermind Toys, and they're consistently good. I picked up a new LEGO City set, the Police Mobile Command Center. The website's easy to navigate, and I always find what I'm looking for. Shipping is usually pretty standard, arrived in about a week. Never had an issue with an item being out of stock after ordering, which has happened with other places. It's why I keep coming back for quality toys.

Consistent quality for gifts

I've purchased from Mastermind Toys a few times now, and they always deliver. This last order was for a science kit for my nephew, and just like before, it arrived well-packaged and exactly as described. I appreciate that their product descriptions are accurate, so I know what I'm getting. My previous order was a LEGO set for my daughter, and that also came in perfect condition. It's my go-to for gifts because I know I can count on them for good quality educational toys. The website is easy to navigate too, which makes finding what I need simple. I like that they always have unique items.

Good selection, quick delivery

Bought a Paw Patrol Marshall's Fire Truck. Good price. Arrived in 6 days. Kids happy. No complaints.

Found a cool puzzle!

Grabbed a cool 3D puzzle for my nephew last week. It was pretty easy to find on their site, and shipping wasn't too bad, got here in like 5 days. My nephew thought it was awesome, so that's a win. Didn't have any problems at all, just a smooth shopping experience. Would totally buy from them again for gifts.

So many great toys!

I ordered a Paw Patrol set and a Bluey plush for my niece's birthday, and they arrived so quickly! She absolutely loved them. The quality of the toys was excellent, really sturdy and well-made. This store has such a fantastic selection, I was browsing for ages. I will definitely be shopping here again for holiday gifts! Everything was just perfect.

Good prices, slow delivery

I bought a magnetic tiles set for my son during a clearance sale. The price was great, I got almost 40% off, which made it a really good deal compared to other places I checked. The checkout process was smooth, and I got email updates. But, it took 7 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long. The toy itself is good quality though, no complaints there, and he's enjoying it.
